At Piero’s Music, we take great pride in the quality of our music studio equipment. However, due to the nature of our products and for your protection, we have implemented a strict No-Return Policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns
   All sales of musical studio equipment are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any products, including but not limited to, audio gear, headphones, studio monitors, microphones, and accessories.
2. Product Defects or Damage
   In the rare event that a product is purchased with defects or damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion. Proof of damage or defect must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the item.
3. Warranty Information
   Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues with your equipment that are covered under the warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for guidance.
4. Inspection Prior to Purchase
   We highly recommend that customers inspect the equipment carefully before purchasing, including checking specifications and compatibility with your setup. If you have any questions or need additional information about any product, please reach out to our team before completing your purchase.
5. Exceptions
   This no-return policy applies to all sales, with the exception of items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, as outlined above.
